Dear Subscriber,
Welcome to the June 30th, 2008 edition of my newsletter.
Wow, what a weekend!
My husband, the kids and I went to an RV dealer just to see
what was available for campers/travel trailers. We
weren't ready to buy - but let me tell you, I have NEVER
felt more pressured to BUY, BUY, BUY right then. They
are seriously desperate to sell their stock. We were
really close to being pressured to purchase- or at least put
a deposit down to hold for August 1st. The price would
have been half of the list price - so it would have been the
deal of the century, but we just weren't ready. Thank
God we finally decided to say no. See, we went in just
to take a physical look at the models and got sucked into
their sale.
That is just one symptom of
the failing economy. One symptom or sign that NOW is
the best time to have a home business and a home business
that will help people who are facing issues because of this
economy. We will probably buy a camper, but on OUR
terms, when we are ready to buy - not when this dealer wants
us to buy.
If you haven't done so
already, take a look at my new free - list building e-book:
http://www.traffic-and-sales.com - and anyone who joins
me in United America Cash and Save Program (an excellent, IN
DEMAND program right now) will get their very own branded
version of this book and a website to give it away with --
which will help them build their business and their list at
the same time.
I'm still really enjoying
the United America Cash and Save Program. To any
members who are in the US who are looking for a simple,
affordable program to save money on their groceries and get
some extra gas for our rising gas prices -- this is the
place to be!

Enjoy the article - I was
inspired to write it from a part of an e-book I am reading!
Best
wishes,

Are You Failing Enough to
Succeed?
You probably think that I have lost my mind. Failed
enough to succeed? What do the two have in common?
Most people who succeed don't fail - or they don't allow
"failure to be an option." But, hear me out and I
think you'll find the connection very quickly.
No one is perfect
and no one EVER (or maybe VERY few) gets something right the
first time. Let's consider this - as a child you
stumble while you learn to crawl and you fall several times
while you learn to walk. But not once does someone say
to you "well, you've failed to walk you better give up now."
In sports, the best
hitters have a batting average of .300 - that means that
they fail 7 times out of 10 when they get up to the plate.
The best home run hitters also had the most strike outs.
Babe Ruth had the most home runs AND the most strike outs
ever. Because when you go up to the plate to hit a
home run, you aren't going to hit one every time. But
no one told Babe Ruth to stop trying to hit home runs.
All around us
people fail AND succeed. But why is it that if
someone's first business venture fails, there are hundreds
of people there to say "you failed, you better give up" - or
something to that effect. We aren't perfect, so why
would people expect ALL of the things we try to be perfect?
We do learn from
our failures, well we CAN learn from our failures and then
we will be more successful the next time. I've heard
that for every millionaire, they had 6 or 7 failures before
they found the business or idea that brought them millions.
I've failed enough
to succeed - and I AM succeeding now. How about you?
Are you going to take your failures and let them beat you or
are you going to look at them as your stepping stones to
success. If you choose the latter then you have chosen
right and you are on the right path to success.
I hope that you
choose to learn from your failures and launch yourself off
of them into your success.
Have a prosperous week - I know I plan to!!
